Tamika Pledger is accused of running down the four teenagers in her car. In the aftermath of a tragic crash, 16-year-old Tierra Smith died as a result of her injuries.
Since last year she has been filing motions to dismiss her case that some have described a "sovereign citizen" argument to deny the court's authority against her.

Tamika has omitted an important fact; she was very much wanted to join the KCK gravy train, but failed to follow the rules.

Very important if you want to be a member of the club. Those secret, illegal meeting to keep the Ponzi schemes funded and vote for all the new ones to keep KCK's finest pigs in business is a prime function of the commission.
The folks employed at KCK's city hall, courthouse, and BPU have pledge allegiance to keep the Dotte as is. The system works well. A life time of sucking off the public treasury is a great gig. Few will ever give it up. That's why it's passed down through families.
Most people in KCK do not give a damn about the corrupt government until they are faced with getting the full force of club rules up their noses. Final rule, stay out of the Dotte courts. It's not for people without money because you have to buy your way out.
