  3. Save our kc schools2/10/16, 10:24 PM

KC School district needs to give it up. Merge the district into surrounding schools and create a charter school authority for the remaining schools. The new plan is not working and we can't afford sacrifice another generation on an experiment.

  8. A list of examples may incite a public reaction and make for good publicity, but it's not going to win a civil rights case. They're going to have to prove that blacks were as a practice treated worse in similar circumstances than everybody else. I suspect that Ferguson mistreated everybody about the same. The DOJ's win record in cases where they have had to try the lawsuit instead of bullying the other party to settle has been very spotty. It does take guts to go to court against a federal agency; that quality is unfortunately rare in city (and university) administrators.

  9. I would strongly suggest that that candy assed Federal prosecutor investigate the bullshit that goes on with Federal Agents. Unless the ass hats are blind there ought to be several years of good work there. Oh, but I forgot this isn't about justice. It is about coon nation.
