ReplyDeleteIf you read the fine print, the last chart is attempting to show a 1:1 relationship between Violent Crime and Police Killing. In KC the chart shows roughly 12,000 violent crimes per million population. That translates into 1 police killing per 1,200 violent crimes; certainly not an alarming number.

Then he made Mexicans, because someone had to mow the yards and pick the crops, but as well, was hoping the blacks would see by watching the Mexicans how to work. This plan wasn't a total failure. The Mexicans worked good, but the blacks still just wanted to hang around doing nothing, while bitching about the free food.
So see, the blacks have been a pain in everyone's ass, since the beginning of time.
This libtard reporting of statistics for one huge reason. The Missouri statutes pretty make it mandatory for a police officer to use force, up to and including lethal force, required to apprehend a felon. It is not a request, but rather mandated. Now there are some departments in other states who work under the same rules, but department policy prohibits killing a suspect except when there is a real threat of death or grievous bodily harm. In many states there are force statutes, but they are related to offering force to counter force rather than achieving apprehension by lethal force. Therefore any comparison on police deaths between departments or across state lines is totally biased in favor of states that restrict actions by police officers rather than encourage them.
ReplyDeleteThis is why Ferguson was such a farce. Darren Wilson did as he was required to do by law. The black and white legislators buried their heads and blamed Wilson knowing damn well there weren't a dozen people in the state who could read well enough or even cared to know Wilson did what he was supposed to do.
The interesting fact is that here sits the chiefs of St Louis, Kansas City and even Ferguson and not one policy has been implemented since Ferguson to hinder killing suspects even if they are trying to get away in their wheel chairs. The state legislature made speeches and pandered to blacks and not one change has been made to the law or a single bill introduced to make any changes on use of force. I can guarantee you won't find anyone in the self serving press who can wipe their dirty asses and get their facts straight.

KCPD asked the public to pass the E-Tax, then they wanted a new training Academy, then they wanted new patrol cars, then they wanted two new patrol stations. And to boot they want take-home cars so the taxpayer can pay for the car and the gas. The public paid for it all and what does the public get in return? The public gets more crime. If you were in Corporate America you'd lose your job for such a poor performance based on investment.
