The report does a nice job of keeping locals warned of this nastiness that also claimed more than $1000 bucks in stolen credit card charges along with a severely bruised face for the victim. The receipts lead back to the Golden Ghetto and should cause locals to realize that Kansas City taxpayers supporting this party are really just giving license to a bit of dangerous debauchery without much economic benefit rather than spending resources on local infrastructure and neighborhoods.

This might not have been the first time she ever did that. She might have had a plan, and called a cab. Or the doorman might have called one for her, seeing her weaving and thus unable to drive safely, because there are lawsuits from bars sending drunks out onto the streets to drive. One can always retrieve one's car the next day.
Third, there is usually a $50 cap on credit card losses. So she is not out $1000. If she had 3 cards, she's out $150. Compared to $10,000 to defend a DUI.
Fourth, she is out with her life and should count her blessings.
