Last month nearly set a record for recent murders in Kansas City and the tragic number of local murders steadily pushed upward.
The first week of this month begins with more reports of local violence at the outset of the week.

On the bright side there was an armed standoff confrontation that ended peacefully but this latest spate of murder and shooting reveals Kansas City violence and homicide STILLis not yet under control and continues to trend upward.

ReplyDeleteTKC, the Southeast is a growing hot spot. The crime has been increasing for at least 5 years steadily. Hoping that the new cerner development will help but I don't know how many people they'll be hiring locally. I doubt many will even bother to apply.
I guess people are really pissed about the Chiefs.

6:12 they might be able to hire some janitors but that would be it. Cerner will be looking for people with college degrees and people who, you know, can program computers. With a black police chief that was intended to spur increased cooperation with police, eliminate the no snitching street code and bring about world peace. Adding new police facilities at 95th Street and 71 Hwy was intended to make south Kansas City neighborhoods safer, livable and increase the overall quality of life for citizens. Problem is no one asked the citizens what would help provide a better quality of life. Things are safer than they've ever been. Now back to your regularly scheduled propaganda, urban gunfights and stray bullets.
