  2. Does this mean that the Star editorial board plans to use some of the extra money they have from the under-assessment and tax breaks of their printing plant to buy these buildings and renovate them?
    Or are they just another group of do-gooders who think they can tell other people what to do with their private property?
    That's what I thought.
