No idea what kind of flaming material the guy has his hand but he finds himself in an altercation with three people and doesn't see the fourth coming from behind with a devastating overhand right that leaves the victim unconscious in the street.
After he's down he gets a few more kicks to the head from his adversaries who quickly depart.
I guess the schools aren't teaching people that kicking somebody in the head knocks up a fight to a felony level . . .
