I'm going to die from not being surprised. I mean, he admitted that he was guilty and foolishly represented himself. He should have asked for a public defender. He would have had a better chance with one of those jerks. Kansas judiciary is nothing to play with, especially in criminal cases.

ReplyDeleteAt this point it doesn't matter what the sentence is, even if he gets the death penalty he will die in prison before our corrupt Kansas Supreme Court sets the penalty aside.
ReplyDeleteAs for being a hater he was that and a coward also. Every place he attacked was a gun free zone and the gutless bastard fled at the first sign of resistance, even from unarmed opponents.
But, then again, is he any different from someone like Dave Helling who stated that the coward shot his victims "because they did not share his faith." Didn't share his faith!?!? No one except the bigot Helling ever claimed this guy had any "faith" or would have even begun to suggest a religious motivation for this cowardly monster. He shot them because he was an anti-Semitic pig who believed in genocide. All the worse for us, Helling's bigotry is socially acceptable and a part of the overall weltanshauung of his filthy rag.
The good news is that we all recognize Cross for what he is. Sadly, all too few recognize Helling for what he is.
Like we have discussed, John, I view him as a great American hero as well.
