"Regarding your post about the ruckus at P&L last night - A large fight broke out with youth at the closing of a party at the CBE. During the fight shots were fired and two people were apparently hit by gunfire. Nearly every time they have an event for the inner city youth at the CBE there are large fights and shots fired. KCPD has to bring their tactical teams and scores of other officers to deal with the issue."
