ReplyDeleteYep, guaranteed some of the local "diversity" that has infiltrated the apartments around there is responsible. Cop being interviewed on the news as I type this saying "this area gets a lot of our attention." They ruined SM North years ago. I dare you to walk into the apartments at 59th & Foster and not puke from the smell. Those apartments are also full of "diversity." You might not like what is said about black people but all of it is true. The negative stuff anyways.
ReplyDeleteThe guy they interview stated that the neighborhood was "quiet" and that there were frequent "drug deals" in the neighborhood but never a shooting. Something doesn't add up here. The neighborhood cannot be quiet and peaceful while at the same time entertaining and hosting drug deals with no expectation that gun violence will not follow. The news media will hype up any and everything and people will take the information as true - so long as a White man utters it.
