  1. St. Michael's at Blue Springs in the works for the Catholic Sprint, Cerner, Garmin, lawyers, builders, bankers, etc., families.

St. Francis or St. Clare coming to the Northland, one college prep. and the other early ed. to 8th?
That Circo trip sparked the rumor rumblings. Hope it's true, Italian namesake for each or not.
Successful community development is more than revenues. Quality education, public and private, is smart investing.

  2. Quality new community development requires white flight to fill these new communities and the new steady migration of white people of southern Kansas City should help.

  3. No, no, no!
These kinds of people are ruining OUR city.
They want individual houses, yards for the kids to play in, safe neighborhoods, good schools, and even cul de sacs and their own vehicles!
They don't understand that the future is density, diversity, entrepreneurship, organic gardening, and transit.
And they're even using tax money to build and maintain streets, sidewalks, sewers, and water systems.
And worse of all, it's all being paid for by taxes being paid by the 20-somethings who live in apartments and who make $27K/year.
Maybe even some of them are Boomers!
Make them stop, Sly! Make them stop!

  5. Patience, please. In the Dotte, Piper, Basehor, and Bonner burbs boomed this recent decade.
Fast cars, furniture, a mall, and a casino brought rooftops for single families, seniors, and singles.
Since the dog & pony track's dragging their feet in KS, it may be time for MO to get this in the Northland. Plenty Kansans drive to Parkville, Weston, and especially Liberty now.

  6. If everyone want to live there, why do the taxpayers have to subsidize it? Shouldn't the free market handle it? Could horse paths and outhouses do exactly what roads and sewers do for a fraction of the price? The people who buy these houses are just going to move as soon as their kid are out of school, back to small houses and condos with services nearby with no upkeep and less wasted space? Roads and sewers and houses are like 2nd century technology anyway. This is just a playground for people who wear dockers and mayonnaise. Black people will just drive on these roads to rob us. This is exactly like Jim Crow and probably apartheid or th holocaust. If we have enough money to build all these roads and sewers to nowhere where no one lives why can't we repair the roads and sewers we already have? Children could be hit by cars on these roads! These people shave their beards!!!!!!!!!!!

    MAYONNAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cwin Treeks!
Wake up people all aboard toot toot your a hoot!
