The vast majority of people who live in the metro couldn't care less what's going on in KCMO, and certainly what the latest exciting details are about the menagerie that's involved in the upcoming city elections.
ReplyDeleteMost people actually have lives and jobs and families and friends and rarely spend any time in KCMO, particularly downtown, unless there's some special event.
Then they go home to safe neighborhoods, good schools, city services that actually work, and the rest of the things that regular folks look for in 2015 America.
And they're happy to watch the circus from a safe distance and not have to see their tax money squandered on insider deals, grandiose projects, and special interest pandering.
It's all what makes this metro such a great place to live.
