Considering how badly rich, educated, white men have done, perhaps we should let some poor, uneducated, black women run things for awhile. ReplyDeleteIts insulting to imply that a feminist is gay. Its insulting to call someone demanding equal respect, equal protection under the law, equal pay, etc. a feminist, as if this were an aberration.
Gays are not men who wish they were women. Those would be transgenders - a small minority of gay men. They are simply humans who have the same right of human dignity as anyone else.
The reason "Americans" believe in American Exceptional-ism is because American white men believe they are exceptional. There's no objective reason for this, its just a kind of cultural mental illness, a shared delusion.
