Million$ spent on lights, fountains, landscapes and long winding roads could fund housing for our veterans instead.
Constructing a memorial wall near the downtown walk trails, or plaques on the rebuilt Y entrance, or a granite lawn tableau Memorial Hall on 7th Street.
That overlook at the old City Park is perfect for Veteran housing. Utilities and tax revenues vet families would provide for the long term is a boon for the Dotte.
