KSHB: 3 men hurt in KCMO drive-by shooting

"According to Kansas City police, the shooting happened at 4200 College Ave. in Kansas City, Mo.
Two cars drove by a group of people who were standing on a sidewalk in the area. Individuals in the car opened fire and quickly drove off from the area. Two of the victims are listed in serious condition, according to a police sergeant on the scene."

Being a European-American, I can't claim to understand Black "CULTURE."
And as it is obvious that Killing each other is part of this "Culture," who am I to condemn it. As far as I'm concerned, this is just how Black Culture works.
So as long as they keep it East of Troost...it's all good.
