- Can Kansas City DOUBLE convention bookings with this hotel?
- Will this KILL Biz for the other Downtown Hotels??? (Most say yes) . . .
- How long can Kansas City keep "hollowing out" the local tax base?!?!
Meanwhile, Mayor Sly is ramming this project through so quickly that very little public or council discussion has been allowed and mainstream media newsies aren't really interested inn asking questions . . .
Hell yes this will kill other hotels. Look there isn't a convention in Kansas City downtown each day or even each week and you take those months when none are around and you'll have all these hotels fighting to put people in their rooms. In the end they will all be losing money services will be cut and maintenance will be slashed. Nope this is a bad idea or someone else would have already built a place knowing how much money they would make. There isn't enough conventions to support all the rooms the downtown area will have to fill.

If you just decreasing what few decent city services KCMO currently provides, you really don't need a tax base except to service the hundreds of millions of debt you're obligated to pay over the next many decades.
ReplyDeleteBut even if you keep drawing down the general fund for debt service, at some point the lines cross and you find yourself like Sudden Sam in Kansas.
But by then, the insider swells will have found some new troughs and the current crop of KCMO politicos will be long long gone.

ReplyDeleteI won't set foot in the place if they hire a single nigger. Niggers are mean, violent, ugly, dumb and get pissed off at the drop of a hat. That's why I don't hire or do business with niggers. I have been burned enough times. Before my awakening, I needed to hire a nurse. A woman (I thought it was a woman) applied and seemed perfect for the position. When I asked her to fill out a contract (I would sign it too mind you), she agreed. I emailed her the contract and then I did not hear from her anymore. I emailed her back asking her if she received it. She said that she did not "fill" (yeah, that's what the bitch typed) that she should have to sign a contract because she does that type of work everyday and "her word is bond". I asked her why did she waste my time then and say that she would fill it out? She said she was okay about the contract at first but then thought about it and did not "fill" that she should have to do that. Once again, rules don't apply to the nigger. I was angry that she wasted my time and effort. I also felt it was cowardly to not respond to my first email about the contract. She had me thinking that she had not received the email. I did some digging and sure enough found out that it was a stinking assed sheboon bitch who was toying with me like that. Incidents like that led me to my awakening. Don't do business with niggers.
Gonna be a fucking coon platoon down there. They've already booked a jenkem convention for 2018.

Niggers and spics break into and steal so many cars, that insurance for that coverage is so high. Also, because so many niggers drive without insurance, us humans pay high insurance rates to cover the difference.
Niggers are constantly filling the ER from fight/shooting wounds, and walk out without paying a cent. They also are constantly in there shitting out underweight crack babies and again walk out without paying anything. If the doctors do a good honest work and do everything they can to help the worthless mud ape, if everything doesn’t go ideal or the baby doesn’t survive, they sue the doctor.
One of the biggest is the welfare expenditures. Sheboons constantly get knocked up by different niggers over and over and over again and continue to collect welfare and food stamps throughout their entire life. These worthless niggers commonly use this free food paid for by human tax payers and buy expensive steaks, lobster, and eat like kings when moldy hot dogs and unclean water is too good for them. If we let these niggers starve like we should, that will save an unimaginable amount of money.
Nig schools receive more money per student than human schools. Yet, they still cant teach niggers anything. In 50 years niggers have had no increases in academics. These niggers get into the administration and launder the money out to themselves and their friends.
Niggers are flooding into prisons for sentences that should rightfully be charged with execution. These prisons ring up one hell of a bill that states and nations have to pay for out of what? You guessed it, tax dollars paid by the humans.

ReplyDeleteGood things can be said of virtually every group or civilization on earth. This is unsurprising, given the fact that everyone on earth is descended from the same small tribe that left africa 100,000 years ago. East Asians are such decent, advanced people they are comparable to whites.
Unsurprisingly, they only diverged from the White race 40,000 years ago. There is only one group nothing good can be said about, there is only one group completely unrelated to the rest of the human race, and that is the nigger.
There is enough genetic variation between niggers and non-niggers that any objective scientist, classifying us like they would classify various animal species, would label us different species. On one side humans, on the other niggers. There is enough phenotypic, common sense variation, that again it is an insult to categorize niggers among the human race. They are nothing like us and they never will be, they are worse in every way.
Call them orcs, or trolls, devils, or whatever you like–they are not human.
I for one enjoy hearing the truth, and the root of the city's REAL problem.
