    Everything real estate agents say is always in the best interests of their commission ...... Lol and that's why I've been making the American Dream happen for over 12 years. I'm a professional realtor and commission is how we get paid for our services. That was distasteful and offensive. This article goes to show how us professionals have worked hard to create this great stable market. Yes Homes are going pending in 1 day with mutiple offer!

    And the hottest part of the buyers' market is currently millenials!
    Yes, as it turns out, when they are able to earn decent livings, it turns out that they too really do want to own houses and cars and all the density, diversity, transit, disruption, and creative class stuff turns out to have been just an excuse.
    Probably too late for the city to take a more current look at the heavily-subsidized red hot apartment market downtown.
    Anyway, the streetcar and apartments are yesterday's news.
    How about that new hotel!?

    I am moving soon and I need to find an apartment to live in. I'm at the point in life that I would prefer to live in an apartment that has more of a grown up feel to it. Long gone are the days of college dorm living.
