Clay Chastain Renews Call for Mayor to Step Down As Candidate After Issuing Misleading Statement On Delinquent Taxes
Mayor stated Taxes Were Error on New Car but Documents Reveal a Different Story
Kansas City, MO– This week in response to a filing challenging his candidacy, Mayor Sly James issued a statement saying he “was unaware of his delinquent taxes on a new vehicle”, but public documents reveal the Mayor failed to pay his taxes on time three years straight regarding the same vehicles.
Therefore, today Mayoral Candidate Clay Chastain released the following statement:
“Public records show that for three consecutive years, Mayor James has consistently been delinquent on his taxes and user fees, on the same vehicles, including failing to pay his 2013 taxes almost an entire year late. This is not something new. Section 204 (b) and (f) of the City Charter is very clear and our Mayor has a sworn duty to uphold that charter and city code of ethics. The evidence is clear that this Mayor knowingly misled city officials and the public to qualify as a candidate. For him to continue to mislead the residents of Kansas City after being caught red handed, is further reason why today I am renewing my call for him to do the right thing and step down immediately as a candidate for Mayor. Our city deserves better."
Jackson County tax records show that Mayor Sylvester James Jr, has been delinquent on his taxes three years straight on the same vehicles:
**Property tax records show the Mayor failed to pay his taxes on time three years in a row.
* Receipts from 2/02/2015 show the Mayor was delinquent on taxes for a third time, in violation of City Charter Section 204 (b), in violation of his sworn statement to the Clerk and Division of Finance to remain on the ballot and in violation of City Code of Ethics for failing to inform City officials of his violation under the law.
*Receipt from 12/5/14 shows the Mayor was delinquent for a second time on his 2013 taxes. He did not pay them until 12/5/14 which was almost one year delinquent on taxes from 2013. Meanwhile he was collecting signatures as a candidate. On 12/5/14 he failed to pay his outstanding tax balance for 2014 that was due at that time. Four days later he attested to the City Clerk that he meets qualifications of section 204.
* Receipt from 2/7/2013 shows the Mayor was delinquent on his 2012 taxes.

ReplyDeleteSection 204.b seems to me to require that all taxes must be current at the time of the election for office. That election has not happened yet. Subsection f also requires that taxes must be paid when the officeholder assumes office. So, assuming he pays up, I think that Sly is going to wiggle out of this one.

This NIGGER will be totally free of this latest bit of facts. His HONOR the Mayor, will continue to ignore it and, as a sitting NIGGER, will not be effected by it at all. Sec. 207. - Forfeiture of office.
Required forfeiture of office. A member of the Council, including the Mayor, shall forfeit office if the member:
(5)Fails to possess the qualifications specified in this Charter to be elected to office
Which includes -Current on all city taxes or municipal user fees, as attested by the candidate to the City Clerk in a form prescribed by the Director of Finance;
The Charter reads SHALL on the forfeiture language. It is fair to say that any citizen could sue to have this section enforced. That would then be a ministerial duty of the City to proceed with removal.
I am sure Uncle Sly’s backers, excuse me, his masters would tell you that election laws are for the little people running for little offices. Clay Pigeon knows that and he knows it gets him face time in the media. Dare I say, the jig is up for Mr. Pigeon and yes, the pun is intended? Uncle Sly’s masters have important tasks for him to accomplish. As you came across the Earth you would make the observation that no where in any other region of the Universe have you seen as large and as dramatic a shift in species who are the higher life forms.
On Earth you have an extremely ignorant ,superstitious and Barbaric Species that is seemingly in charge of the affairs of this Planets most powerful Nation.
The lower working Species is actually 50,000 years more advanced in every way, yet it toils to provide for the lower species condoning its laziness and arrogance.
It would be stressed in this report that at one time a higher species had to be in charge of this planet as seen by the advanced Architecture and Electronics.
Except all of these advancements seem to be in a state of remission and decay because of the present situation.
It would also be this recommendation that a closer eye be placed on this Planet because space travel seems to have been once possible for this Planet.
Any attempts for this savage species to leave the confines of this little Planet would need to be met with total annihilation .
The Disease this Planet calls Niggers is that of a regressive genetic nature ,evolving as nothing more than an aggressive Parasite that can multiply at an astounding rate.
Everything it comes in contact with is either destroyed ,assimilated by force , or regresses backwards into a fog of stupidity and eventual destruction and genetic stagnation.

Sterilization will also need to be considered if this life form called Nigger can not conform or adjust to living among creatures of a higher order peacefully.
