I think all people found guilty of speeding should be sentenced to a minimum of 1 year supervised probation. Speeding kills more people in a year than marijuana ever has.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny that the constitution says warrants must be issued based on probable cause and in these horseshit plains states these fucking judges are signing warrants based on formation that constitutes hearsay at best. I have seen warrants issued based on drug dogs that came form a dog pound with no training records at all. I have seen warrants issued on peoples homes who bought plant growing equipment. I have seen warrants issued based on cigarette rolling papers. Fucking America makes the old communist Russia look like a bunch of candy asses in comparison. I'm sure no activist, but people need to start standing up against this kind of bullshit. It has gone way too far.
