SHAME!!! KANSAS 11 YEAR-OLD STUDENT CONTRADICTS SCHOOL ANTI-DRUG LESSON AND GARDEN CITY, KANSAS AUTHORITIES RETALIATE WITH POLICE DRUG RAID AND SHAMEFULLY SEIZING CHILD CUSTODY!!!

Orwellian police state tactics in the losing drug war emerge in nearby Garden City, Kansas as even a child speaking against propaganda earns a family a custody battle and ensuing police raid.

Check it:

Washington Post: State seizes 11-year-old, arrests his mother after he defends medical marijuana during a school presentation

Deets:

"Her son was taken from her by the State of Kansas. The ordeal started when police and counselors at her 11-year-old son’s school conducted a drug education class. Her son, who had previously lived in Colorado for a period of time, disagreed with some of the anti-pot points that were being made by school officials. “My son says different things like my ‘Mom calls it cannabis and not marijuana.’ He let them know how educated he was on the facts,” said Banda in an exclusive interview with BenSwann.com."

Conclusion from WaPo:

"The absurdity here of course is that a woman could lose her custody of her child for therapeutically using a drug that’s legal for recreational use an hour to the west."

  4. Pot is legal an hour to the west in Colorado. Does free speech stop there as well, 7:27?

  5. 7:27 the foster care system will be much worse for the child than having a mother that uses marijuana oil. custody issues are focused on the welfare of the child not punishment of the parent. from reading the story she sounds like a well educated, professional woman. she's no Toni Bones. google her.

All you LOCK UP lovers need to realize its about the child. And the law doesn't like to split up families.

  6. I think all people found guilty of speeding should be sentenced to a minimum of 1 year supervised probation. Speeding kills more people in a year than marijuana ever has.

  11. It's funny that the constitution says warrants must be issued based on probable cause and in these horseshit plains states these fucking judges are signing warrants based on formation that constitutes hearsay at best. I have seen warrants issued based on drug dogs that came form a dog pound with no training records at all. I have seen warrants issued on peoples homes who bought plant growing equipment. I have seen warrants issued based on cigarette rolling papers. Fucking America makes the old communist Russia look like a bunch of candy asses in comparison. I'm sure no activist, but people need to start standing up against this kind of bullshit. It has gone way too far.
