DeleteWhy must you pigeon hole opposition as Branson visiting, gun toting, bible beating rubes? There are lots of regular, dare I say, cool folks in the city who see the street car for what it is: a fairly ineffective and outdated mode of transportation that whose price tag can in no way be justified. Don't be confused, there may be a place in this city for REAL regional light rail on a REAL train but the street car isn't it. Sorry.
