  2. After all the claims and celebration late last year about the results of NoVa and the other dozens of programs and millions of dollars spent by KCMO every year on reducing crime, it's gotten awfully quite as 2015 starts out with homicides about where they've been for years.
It makes sense to identify members of gangs, coordinate efforts with the feds, and even conduct warrant sweeps.
But probably not so much to have social workers promising bangers that if they just stop being bad, they'll be offered $8/hour jobs in a Lenexa warehouse.
The population on the east side of KCMO has shrunk tremendously and continues to, and you can't rob an abandoned house or burglarize a vacant lot. That's one of the reasons violence is spreading elsewhere in the metro and has nothing to do with all the claims for NoVa or any other program.
And the number that's most important is that of people who are the victims of gunshots, even though they're not fatal.
The EMTs, and ER docs and nurses are every bit as much of these recent "successes" as anything else.

  3. Dont worry. The Black police chief and KC Nova curved crime. This is just a fluke. LOL

Build a police station there. That will solve everything. There's a profit to be made when I target by Black brethren. Hallelujah and Amen.

On tonight Lord, Jesus we ask that Your divine intervention make these jobless, faceless and meaningless Black people fall prey to my development schemes, dear Lord. In the Name OF Jesus. Amen and Amen. We know YOU can do it dear, Heavenly Father on the most high, God.
