SHOCK!!! KANSAS CITY PEMBROKE HILL SEX ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS!!!

The local upper-class have their problems too as a new SEX SCANDAL threatens the ritziest school in town. Take a look: 14-year-old Pembroke Hill student claims she was sexually assaulted at high school party

Comments

  1. This wasn't a high school party. If this as claimed happened to the girl it's a shame no doubt but my question is how do you try and act all righteous about your daughter when you allow a 14 year old to run around it appears maybe at all hours of the night with people she or you as a parent don't know about. Where was the parents of the house this was to have happened at? How is it the schools fault for that matter what difference does what school the kids go to have to do with any of it? A classic example of parents not being parents. While this all rings of a similar story of an event that happened just north of Kansas City not to long ago. It would appear to me that the mother of the so called victim is the one who called Fox 4 to make the story news.

  2. It really doesn't matter what type of parent she had or that fact that her little butt should have been at home. You never DESERVE to be sexually assaulted. Sexual assault victims sometimes put themselves in compromising positions, but never is okay to take advantage of another person. If this is a true allegation, which I think it is, they boy(s) were dead wrong and shouldn't lose their freedom, BUT they they certainly need to understand the depth of this mistake, and suffer some consequences.

  4. Parents Need to be Parents3/6/15, 8:29 AM

7:56 I disagree with you. If she had the right parents she wouldn't have been in that position. Good parents teach their children to avoid parties such as these, I know my mother sure did. No, nobody deserves to be sexually taken advantage of but when you mix drugs and or alcohol with underage kids bad things could sure be the outcome as was maybe in this case. As a mother if this happened to my daughter I would question where I went wrong in raising her but I would NOT call any news stations to splash it all over the front page about. All that will do is make those that didn't know aware of it and start stories that might not be true to circulate.

  7. OMG! I can not believe some of these comments. Rich or poor, black or white, bottomline, all boys should be taught to respect girls! This was a sexual assault against a young girl, who will now have all sorts of issue from this crime.
I hope that mama bear takes them all down!

  8. Free range kids apparently.

  9. Only insane comment I see is yours 9:11, the mama bear is a part of the issue and problem here.

  10. What's wrong with sexual assault? That was how I met my third wife.

  11. ^^^^^^^^ Is that you Hearne?

  12. Dip shit Superdave sounds just like that bus driver in India that brutally gang raped a young girl to death and claimed it was her fault for being out after dark.

Stupid people don't have the intelligence to realize they are stupid so they remain stupid forever! The worst part is they make others around them just as stupid. I bet Superdave has really stupid kids.

    ReplyDelete
  13. ^^^^^^^^^ Hey stupid where does anyone blame the girl here? Now who looks stupid with the comments. Amazing the number of people on this site who can't handle the raw facts and truth.

  14. What troubles me about this whole story is the time frame and the fact no other news media has picked up on it other than the one the mother called? Sorry I don't think kids should be sexually messed with but as well I sense a bad smell from this story. To many of these stories coming out and they all scream of poor parenting or/and parenting supervision as a major factor.

  15. True, no one deserves to be assaulted. Also true, you ARE "asking for it" when you are a child drinking in the house of strangers. I hope if boys were involved in violating this girls rights, that they are prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. I hope mom and victim are shamed for their role. THEY HAD A ROLE in this incident.

I am like others who question the motives of Mom on TV while disguised. If this happened to my daughter, the only people I would talk to is police, my daughter and her doctor. THESE ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BUSINESS HERE. I would be ashamed that I let this happen to my kid and I wouldn't advertise my negligence

My daughter is a beautiful young woman at Pembroke hill. Not rich (or even affluent) or super popular but still turns down opportunities to go to parties where there is drinking or drugs. It's not easy, but she is happy, and has good, close friends. She JUST DOESN'T DRINK and she is woman enough not to be peer-pressured to drink.

  16. Well said 111.

    ReplyDelete
  17. What in the hell does "sexually assaulted" actually mean, anyway? Do you mean "raped"?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Can these comments be any more disgusting? The girl or the mother are at
fault for degenerate animals raping a girl by drugging her first and leaving her on the bathroom floor naked!! I don't care if she went to the party naked at 2 am on a school night ? When did rape become a woman's fault? The boys video taped it and posted it ? They were bragging ! It's so unbelievable what is being said here. Boys can't control themselves and somehow it's a girls fault or better yet her mother?
Maybe it's the boys parents fault for raising rapists! I would not only call tv stations if it were my daughter. I hope they are charged as adults !

    ReplyDelete
  19. So being female, at a party, drinking = you deserve to be drugged, raped and published on the internet via snapchat and Instagram ? That is what is being said here. And then yiu should be shamed for it , as well as your mother? Wow these morals are setting an all time low.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Well, hot damn 1:11, aren't you something?! Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back for your daughter "not drinking". Do you think she'll never take a drink? Fat chance. When she does, and she gets the same treatment...okay with you then?

    ReplyDelete
  21. 1:11, I can see why your daughter is not super popular. Her judgey mom/dad throws children under the bus as if they deserve to be raped. You are sanctimonious I recommend that you learn more about he dynamics of sexual assualt, if you are so damn smart.

  22. Reading these comments, i am absolutely appalled by some of the things said about this post…

Let’s get a few things clear-

    1. Under no circumstance in any situation, is a young woman EVER asking to be sexually assaulted. I don’t care what she was wearing, what she was doing, or who she was with. NO young woman asks to be stripped of her confidence, dignity, and innocence. Why should the circumstance or her current state matter? Does it make the crime less of a crime if she were drinking or if she were wearing revealing clothing? No. Rape is the one crime in which we ask these ridiculous questions. What if, for example, someone were shot. Would we accuse them of asking for it if they hadn't been wearing a bullet proof vest or hadn't taken preventative measures? No, because that is absolutely absurd, and we are taught that the shooter in this particular situation has clearly committed a crime, no matter what the victim was wearing, or what state the victim was in at the time. Likewise, we need to learn to treat rape similarly.

    2. Yes, it was unfortunate that this young woman was participating in under-aged (likely peer pressured) drinking, but once again, this was in NO way a green light for her to be violated.

    3. The fact that people are so ignorant as to read this article and blame this young woman for attending a party with substances, and her parents for “not teaching” her to be aware of these parties makes my blood boil. What about the parents of the young men in this situation? How is it the fault of the girl’s parents for not warning her of these parties? If either set of parents should be blamed for bad parenting, it is the parents of the young men. Although it is important to warn young women of the potential dangers of sexual assault, it is much more important to teach the young men to respect women, and to not treat them like objects.

    4. As far as the family of the young woman, I greatly appreciate the mother speaking on behalf of the tragedy that her daughter experienced. I am sure that it was not easy for her to speak about it, but it is very important for people to hear stories like this. This video may have saved many people from either being raped, or from raping someone else.

    5. In the case of the young men, I hope that they are prosecuted to the fullest extent, and that what they have done haunts them even more than it will haunt the victim.

And a note on the title- “The local upper-class have their problems too as a new SEX SCANDAL threatens the ritziest school in town” — this is disgusting. “The local upper-class have their problems too”- This was a very serious crime, victimizing a 14 year old child. This crime will scar her for the rest of her life. How dare you minimize the severity of this situation by declaring it simply an “upper-class problem.” That is so ridiculously inappropriate and ignorant.

    1. Are you raising teens at this time? If you don't teach your children these things then you are not doing your job because the world is scary and for 18 years you have teach them everything to protect themselves! Parents job is to protect the last I knew. And I am tired of hearing teens will be teens because you are putting all teens on this very irresponsible level not fair to the rest that do use their head! 6.) if this story is not 100% true, and the girls lied. What do you think should be done then?

  24. I guess I am very confused with our justice system, I thought you were innocent until proven guilty but I guess not. I am a mother of two teenagers, and I know teens can lie about the plans that's why as a PARENT you call and see if the plans are truthful. Shame on all the parents and if there is such strong evidence like a tape of the rape happening why has it almost been a month for a investigation. And if children lie about where they are going, who they are with is it possible that when they get caught drunk there are more lies! Why are two new channels reporting two different stories from the family? I am not blameing the girl, if she was raped the boys involved need to be punished but I think it was a little obnoxious for an interview before charges so if we find out that the story is wrong are the people that have been yelling the boys need to be killed going to switch to the girls and the "mother" should be punished for clearly not doing her job. My kids are in HS and I can say this will never happen to them because I don't let them go any where without me talking to the parents and asking a million questions. Let's let the police do their job and then have opinion.

  25. First, you all need to get your facts straight. The rape was reported the day after it happened, not even after a full 24 hours. It was NOT investigated a month later. It is an ongoing investigation and has been for a while, but it has been attempted to keep on the down low. Secondly, the mother of the teen that was allegedly raped did NOT call reporters. It was staff at the Children's Mercy Hospital. Thirdly, for all of you parents out there blaming the mother of the daughter for this terrible incident, do you not realize that you are contributing to the idea that rape is OK and it's never the rapists' fault? Why is no one questioning the parenting of the boy(s)? You are saying that the she put herself in that situation, and she got what she deserved because, after all, her mother didn't teach her any better. The people you are blaming are the VICTIMS. Ignorant people like you all, who think that it's the victim's fault are the majority of the contributions to letting rapists get off Scott free every day. Why does anything BUT consent equal consent to you? And those of you "parents" are blaming the victim and her parents should re-evaluate what you are teaching your children. I'm sure you, and the help of society have put the idea in your daughter's head that if she wear that v-neck that shows a little cleavage, or those shorts that are shorter than finger tip length, that she will be sexually assaulted, and it will essentially be her fault. Those of you with boys, I know you don't tell them that their clothing is not appropriate, so what do you say to them? Let me take a guess, "Be home by 12!" How about, "Remember to make good choices!", or "Only consent equals consent!". I'm not saying every boy has crazy raging hormones, but please, before you blame the victim, get it into your thick skull that the RAPIST is the one doing the RAPING.

    1. Get your fact right or maybe read clearly before going off! Yes it was reported the day after Feb 13, what is today, let me help you out March 09! Almost a month of the investigation and no charges and the media/ mother said there are videos of the rape, why is it taking so long. And yes the mother did report it to the media, children's mercy cannot go to the media! And why would children mercy go to the media when this has been going on and the talk since feb 12! No I didn't say she deserved it by any means, clearly stated this is a lack of parenting on 7 families part and when people reliaze that they are responsible for there children to make sure that they are smart kids to not ever put their self in this place we will continue going through this devestating situation like this one. Get it through your thick skull NO ONE has been charged so you my friend maybe ruining boys life by assuming they are rapist without hearing the facts from both sides! And I do have a boy and we do have talks, he is not allowed to spend the night with anyone, no one can spend the night at our home, I call the parents to make sure they will be home when he ask to be there, and I don't let him stay out until 12 and he will be 18 in 6 months. I do all these
Things because I promised to always keep him safe and just because they get into highschool doesn't mean you let them do what they want, you need to watch them closer! But thank you for such an educated response!

  26. I'm a lawyer. These Rockhurst boys will be tried as adults due to the "aggravated" nature of the rape. In the state of Missouri there is a minimum sentence of 15 years behind bars with no parole or early departure for "good behavior". Drugging, abusing and raping girls can not and will not be tolerated in this or any case. These boys deserve every bit of this punishment if they are indeed proven guilty. Parenting is important for sure... But this goes deeper...these are young humans with low or zero empathy levels in their brain. These are the type of people that grow up raping and murdering with no remorse. If they are guilty, they will be put away. The world will be a safer place.

  27. I'm disgusted by commenters blaming the girl and her parents. You people are symptoms of our societal sickness.

Instead of shaming the victim and her parents, how about directing your wrath to the men who seem to think it's cool to not only rape a 14-year-old girl, but to share the crime on social media?

I'm the father of a 16-year-old daughter. Her Mom and I have done a pretty good job of warning her about the dangers she could face and doing what we can to make her safe. But the fact is that there is no way for parents to guarantee that their daughters won't be raped or sexually assaulted.

According to the World Health Organization, one in three women worldwide experience sexual violence. It can happen to any woman or girl, anywhere. It doesn't matter who she is, where she is, what she wears or how her parents raise her. And if you think it can't happen to your daughter, wife, girlfriend, mother or sister, you're delusional.

The girl and her mother are NOT at fault and have no need to be shamed. Shame should be reserved solely for the men who committed this act, and for the ignorant commenters here who perpetuate the idea that the victim is to blame.

  28. I hope you can all agree (esp. the lawyer!) that it IS important to let the police do their thorough investigation of this girl's CLAIMS before convicting anyone - on social media or otherwise. They are trained to take all stories, evidence, etc. into consideration and to determine the truth. I can tell you that at least one of the boys accused has YET to be contacted by the police...which I find very interesting if they have had this information from the girl for 3 weeks now and there is physical evidence of wrongdoing - don't you? Rape is a horrible, cowardly act and I can't imagine my teenage daughter experiencing anything like this girl/girls' mother is claiming. But there are 5 young boys' lives that are - and will from now on - be affected by these pending accusations. Don't they deserve an investigation before people start saying they are guilty and should be punished? Teens are often immature and make bad decisions...but this one, if true, would be extreme. Let's wait until we have some facts - and not just an article or video of a mother with her face darkened and her voice altered - before deciding guilt. (FYI - if it were my daughter and she said she'd been raped and I felt certain the crime occurred, I'd be standing in full sunlight and make sure my real voice was heard!!)

  32. Calm your beard. This is an old post. And the bot deals with moderation in due times. Why don't YOU take your own advice and wait for some investigation before you start throwing accusations @11:25.

    You seem a little hypocritical.

  33. I didn't realize that a 24 hour period was "old". It certainly isn't old to a 14 y/o who has been accused of rape. But what do you care? You get to sit behind your computer screen and not worry about much besides being entertained by people throwing out insults at each other over controversial issues...whatever. I thought this was a credible blog sight. My bad...
