    Why did KSHB remove this story from its website? How was the girl engaging in unlawful activity? I do not understand. What donations?

    It's still not clear from the story but I'm going to take a wild, wild guess and say the family was selling drugs out of the house when the girl was shot. Maybe even training the kid to work the walk-up window. Of course, I could be completely wrong.

    They should have to prove she was engaged in 'unlawful' activity. I get the impression they just assumed she was because she was black. That's alright for anonymous cowards, but not the government.
