Celebrate!!! Kansas City Mayor Sly James State of The City 2015 Tomorrow!!!

In less than 24 hours we'll be sold an agenda that remains completely focused on downtown developments and ignores neighborhoods and urban core crime in favor pet projects.

Deets:

"The 2015 State of the City Address will be held on March 31 at Starlight Theater (11AM). This is an indoor event. Parking is free in the Zebra Lot across the street from Starlight. It is a shared lot with the Zoo, Enter through Gates 7 and 8 for Starlight Theatre."

Get there early because we've been warned this thing is going to be LOCKED down . . .

Developing . . .

Comments

  1. Glaring treachery on the part of the reckless Mayor whose intent is to completely rape the city during his tenure. The only form of altruism that James displays is undeserved welfare for big business and lining his pockets with kickbacks, despite the harm that the public suffers.

  10. Lock Down?

What is the Mayor afraid of some blacks busting in?

So all the citizens of KC and no doubt fucked if the Mayor does not trust our own Police Dept to keep him safe.

Or is he afraid that once he starts so many will think it's all bullshit he is saying and will get up and leave before half was over with his speech.

  11. There will be plenty of developers and attorneys attending so that they can continue to make their living off the decisions made at City Hall.

  12. Locked gates sounds like visual TSA...herd through slow and look em over good cuz actual patdowns looks profiling maybe, and then all that danged 'ol high cost security payroll is shaved a bit. KCK Mayor got his own security detail now.

  13. I think this is an illegal way to campaign. Really 1 week until primaries what a great way to get free (at the taxpayers expense)campaigning. A load of bullshit and I don't believe a damn thing he says. He needs to take Cindy and split town for good. Crooks.
