So all the citizens of KC and no doubt fucked if the Mayor does not trust our own Police Dept to keep him safe.
Or is he afraid that once he starts so many will think it's all bullshit he is saying and will get up and leave before half was over with his speech.
There will be plenty of developers and attorneys attending so that they can continue to make their living off the decisions made at City Hall.
