ReplyDeleteProblems at Oak Park increased after they put a Cheddars Restaurant in the parking lot. Enormous platters of fried food at inexpensive prices attracts blue gums like bee-jay attracts catfish!

ReplyDelete@ 8:17, yes, the northwestern part of Overland Park is full of old, run-down apartments, houses and duplexes. As you might imagine, the black plague has found them and the growing number of crimes in the area are the result. Some are committed by the trash that lives there and others are committed by their homies that come over from KCMO. In either case, it’s tragic. As for the school, the worst area is served by Shawnee Mission West, and a drive by their campus when school is out says all you need to know.

ReplyDeleteWhomever is commenting is seriously, seriously negligent. Black people certainly commit crimes, but so do whites and Asians, Hispanics, Latinos... All races have crime! So when you would like to leave your 1940's mindset, quit fantasizing over your cousin and realize the world is not 100% white, republican males, then you have grounds to speak. And for the record, I am a white female and have felt more threatened by people of your nature than black people.
