The first month of 2015 has featured a great many instances of bullets aimed @ babies and other youngsters in Kansas City.
The latest instance:
"Police are investigating after shots were fired at a house.
"Authorities said one of the bullets hit a child's bedroom at 67th and Park. A car in front of the house was also hit."
More . . .
"Shots were fired into a home where two children were sleeping.
"Police officers responding to the shots-fired call in the 6600 block of Park Avenue said they heard about a dozen shots being fired just before they arrived."
Amid so much debate regarding the creative class and millennial generation boosting this town . . . It's important to realize that the youngest Kansas City residents have been under fire as of late and very few people can realistically claim that the urban core is a good place to raise a family.
