TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! ONE STRUGGLE KC RAGES AGAINST KCPD IN THE AFTERMATH OF KANSAS CITY I-70 & PASEO MULTIPLE ARREST PROTEST CRACKDOWN!!!

The most captivating part of a recent protest footage debuting in the aftermath of Kansas City weekend protest is where a police officer picks up a protestor like a little kid and then the very scared looking hipster is hauled off and detained.

You decide if it's right or wrong . . . TKC simply offers the FACT that it's hard to find social justice on the highway.

But I digress . . .

CHECK THIS EPIC VIDEO FEATURING MORE CONFRONTATION BETWIXT KANSAS CITY POLICE AND PROTESTORS!!!

The tense scene isn't exactly the free speech forum that politicos like to claim to the press.

Take a look FIRST on TKC before any other journalistic endeavor in Kansas City . . . Natch:

Here's a preliminary word from the local activists and a lot of art students:

One Struggle KC Seyz: Kansas City Police Hit Protestor with Car, Brutalize and Arrest Others

On December 20th, 2014, activists from One Struggle KC organized a coordinated highway shutdown in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, and victims of police brutality and murder.

As the group was walking up the Highway ramp, one police officer started to hit a protestor with their vehicle, eventually getting out and arresting them. Shortly after, KCPD made a completely random attack on an activist (not even an arrest) and kicked him in the head.

The video of the cop kicking the activist in the head was taken from far away, but it's there and we have included a video confession from the cop responsible.

Other unlawful arrests were made, including one or two random abductions from the sidewalk after people left the highway ramp.

As more arrest and brutality videos come out, One Struggle KC will compile them.

At least 7 people were arrested, and multiple arrestees reported harassment while in jail.

Please stay tuned to One Struggle KC for a statement and summary.

In their latest post, they're redirecting people to their legal defense fund in the aftermath of 7 arrests among their ranks.

  3. Why do people attempt to take away the RIGHTS of others by blocking traffic on a major highway?

Why do you chose a martyr who minutes before his death had strong arm robbed a store and assaulted the store owner, then walks down the middle of the street, taking away peoples right to drive down the street, before trying to beat up a policeman?

Eric Garner, I can understand why questions are being ask, but Michael Brown, no way. Sorry. He was a thug and you can't spin the video any other way.

Pick a better poster boy, Mike Brown is no Martin Luther King. Far from it.

  4. The decriminalization of black criminality continues. The hypocrisy of this 'Movement" knows no senescence, because the lies that it is built on, well known, verified and codified by video, testimony and logic are a non sequitur. This baby has "Wheels" who cares about the truth.

The next step will be to take the violence and destruction to white neighborhoods. This will come once the police are disarmed, with officers fleeing or hiding in their vehicles, overcome by thoughts of George Zimmermann and Darren Wilson. Throw in a few Jay Nixons unable to bring themselves to order the National Guard into action (reportedly on the advice of one Barack Obama), and you have a formula for the type of social cataclysm the left has been yearning after for a century or more.

Underestimating the malevolence of the African American electorate for whites by way of the repetitive liberal agitprop, force fed down their throats in the halls of academe from primary to secondary and on through matriculation with advanced degrees in "African American Studies" is a mistake that our politicians never make.

Lies are the currency, the vocabulary of Liberalism. Liberalism cannot live on the truth because the truth is conservative. Here there were lies about the altercation between Michael Brown and Darren Wilson. And the president pouring gasoline on the fire by saying that he understood how people could be upset.

The two chief law enforcement officers in the country – Obama and Holder – publicly implied that the Grand Jury process was illegitimate. That is, a process designed to keep citizens from being railroaded by public clamor, by incitement. To keep citizens from being prosecuted by those in high office, those in authority.

Liberalism hates America because America is successful without a Liberal class to direct it. They are desperately trying to create a ruling class of bureaucrats who are insulated from the risks of everyday life through their tenure, their pay and their pensions.

Liberals think they can have the benefits of a law-abiding society while undermining the morality and habits that hold a society together.

The low level Civil War in our streets continues.

  12. It will soon be illegal to arrest blacks if they resist arrest. In fact, that policy, by default, is in fact, already in effect.

Cops arrest blacks who are resisting arrest at their own peril if they are white.

They should have resumes ready in general and lawyers available in the worst case scenario.

Blacks, who already are showered with special considerations in terms of Affirmative Action, set asides, special "Protected Class" legislation ad nauseam, now are extemporaneously exempt from the rule of law if they subjectively determine their own innocence.

The logical extrapolation of this phenomenon, is the eventual self determination of guilt or innocence subjectively determined by black criminals during the commission and attempted arrests by a law enforcement apparatus, so emasculated and diminished, as to no longer offer protection, only observation to citizens when crimes are committed by blacks.

Considering that the 4th estate no longer covers African American criminality---

    http://topconservativenews.com/2014/08/should-race-in-how-the-media-reports-crime/

because that is considered racist, it will only be a matter of time, before it is racist for cops to even mention black criminality too.

Enjoy the observation as opposed to the apprehension of black criminality in the near future until that too is no longer PC.

I am still dead, shot in a local Hate Crime that no media would ever admit was a Hate Crime.

The unspoken jihad - or intifada - that plagues America is a racial jihad engendered by radical black urban racial terrorists. This jihad is created, nurtured, perpetrated and perpetuated by the unholy trinity of the mainstream media, black supremacists, and cowardly, spineless and feckless white politicians. And it is a jihad that threatens to engulf America into a racial firestorm not seen since the War Between the States (a.k.a., the Civil War).

  26. The liberal media killed those 2 cops in NY with the help of Obama, Holder, Sharpton, DeBlasio and "Protestors" like these.

Not one major media organization–tell us if we missed something–ever stated that it was not police error or bias but the lawless actions of Brown and Garner that killed them. Not one major media organization ever pointed out that white criminals who attack the police or resist arrest get rough treatment, too, and that there is nothing in either incident to suggest race mattered to the officers at all. The press helped whip up an atmosphere of hateful self-righteousness in which even the most obvious facts were brushed aside with mindless chants of “Hands up,” and “I can’t breathe.” The press treated thugs and simpletons as if they were servants of a noble cause. If the media had not fueled this hysteria, those two New York cops would still be alive.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Protestors in Kansas City who hate cops and hate America are sworn enemies and war criminals.

    8:08 is right---

New York City’s policemen are right to despise Bill de Blasio, but it is the media that make the country a madhouse. If they had reported the Brown and Garner incidents correctly there would have been little fuss. If they had not glorified demonstrators there would have been only a few of them. But the press is addicted to self-righteousness, and nothing feeds its addiction like lurid tales of “racism.” The media are so eager to slay “racist” dragons that they turn ordinary police work into frothing bigotry, and assume that the “racism” they claim to detect in a few cops is widespread. Bad white cops are everywhere.

And Americans are so desperate for their own doses of self-righteousness that they utterly ignore the facts and make fools of themselves waving idiotic placards and staging “die-ins.” It is hard to think of another moment in American history when the bald, obvious facts made so little difference. Maybe it’s even a moment in world history.

The liberal media WANTS blood in the streets to reinforce their position as arbiter and ruler of information through a Liberal paradigm. Just look at how corrupt and disgusting the KC Star is. The media are as much a symptom as they are a cause. They are simply one of the sickest parts of an entire society that is sick.

Based on a specious, fallacious narrative that promotes division by way of repetition of lies, it’s high water mark is legerdemain and obfuscation.

The “Racism Industry” jumped the shark decades ago, when thinking people realized that all the money and good intentions in the world could not even the playing field, so instead of “Equal Opportunity” America was “Racist” if there was no “Equal Outcome”.

Inner city black culture is that shitter backed up on the second floor in America’s house that will not quit belching turds over the side of the toilet bowl onto the floor mixed in with piss and spit. No one will fix it because they will be called “Racist” by our Liberal mommies and daddies, so that stain on the ceiling over the kitchen stove that drips into our meals every day and seasons out sustenance, poisons and sickens the family, while our Liberal Leaders insist that it is a salubrious tonic for our troubles and will make us grow stronger.

Obama, Holder, DeBlasio, Sharpton, et al, are exactly the “Demons” Darrell Wilson saw in the face of Michael “Gentle Giant” Brown, when Brown tried to take his gun and kill him.

The EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) has amassed a mountain of evidence, including documents provided by former AT&T technician Mark Klein, which show that AT&T has routed copies of Internet traffic to a secret room in San Francisco controlled by the NSA. Other whistleblowers—including Thomas Drake, Bill Binney and Edward Snowden—have revealed more detail about how this technique feeds data into the NSA's massive databases of communications. Since June 2013, the government has confirmed that it searches much of the content it collects as part of its "upstream" collection without a warrant. The government claims the content searches are justified under Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act and do not violate the Fourth Amendment.

Under the government's legal theory, it can copy virtually all Internet communications and then search them from top to bottom for specific "identifiers"—all without a warrant or individualized suspicion—as long as it does so quickly using only automated processes.

“Latasha Smith, 28, allegedly used the online dating site Badoo to meet up with a 28-year-old Woodlawn man late last month, according to Assistant State’s Attorney Lorraine Scaduto.

Smith and an unknown accomplice abducted the man as he was working near 15th Street and Keeler Avenue, Scaduto said. The man allegedly was hit in his head with a gun, tied up with duct tape and blindfolded.

Smith stole $600, keys and an iPhone, according to a police report.”

But assuming you are right, then law and order should be uniformly applied. If it doesn't apply to the government, then how can it apply to the citizens. 68. 10:34 and 11:02 comments successfully join the ranks of the IGNORANT!

10:34, a two-class law system? You're fabricating your own argument. Police, using non-lethal force, to subdue and arrest those who refuse their lawful orders is NOT an example of breaking the law! On the contrary, it's enforcing the law. Your flagrant lack of understanding on this point demonstrates your inferior reasoning skills.

11:02, "Strict law and order is the governing principle of a civil society." Source please.
Source = myself and Common Sense

Unless a society is composed entirely of those who voluntarily honor a common set of laws (utopia?), there must exist a system to enact and enforce laws to protect the individuals and preserve the peace. To not do so, is to encourage/promote chaos. Think of a riot situation in which there is no police presence, the inmates rule the asylum.

Please use your brain to think about what society would be like if there were no consequences for bad behavior.

    ReplyDelete
  69. You very well may be correct on the legality of pepper spray, but as a LEO will tell you, the force continuum would not call for immediate use of pepper spray on a non-compliant, NON-COMBATIVE citizen suspected of misdemeanor ordinance violation.

As for the two tier system, that is how I read your argument. But once again, I may be wrong. So I would ask, do you not think there is a double standard for government officials (Cleaver, Brooks, Panetta, Lerner) vs. Joe the Plumber?

And I agree about law and order, I was inferring that equal application has to accompany that standard. How can you expect the rank and file citizens to follow the law if the one's charged with enforcing the laws themselves are not held to those laws? When folks like Cleaver, Brooks and Lerner never have to answer for accusations, it certainly creates the image of a two class system.

  70. And I have never advocated that there shouldn't be punishment for criminal behavior. I have never advocated for anarchy. What I have said is that the government, all of government, follows a do as I say, not as I do mentality. Strict law and order only works in a civil society if it is equally applied. If not its nothing more than he with the biggest stick wins, and that is not a civil society (using the definition we are both implying here) that is an authoritarian dictatorship masquerading as a democratic republic.

  74. 1:02 I am reminded of " refrain from investigations of foolish questions, from research into the histories of the genealogies, and from quarreling and disputes about the Law; there is no value in them; they are pointless." Titus 3: 9

  75. Civil disobedience is peacefully violating a law in a public manner to get attention. Part of the attention is comes from the subsequent arrest. Somewhere along the way these children were led to believe that for the right cause, you get to break the law without any consequences. Laws prohibit pedestrians on interstates and interstate ramps. That’s barrier fence to barrier fence kids, everyone on the grass should have been processed too. If you don’t want the fines and the arrest record on your rap sheet, you can’t pretend to be a devoted activist. I think the police should help these naïve boys and girls get better acquainted with the gentle souls they want to help behind bars.

  76. 1:38 you had me all the way up till your last sentence. Most of the issues of the police state effect us all. Most notably the degradation of the 4th ammendment. While few of us will have a bad encounter with a crooked cop who likes to beat on suspects, we are all effected by the greater issues of an abusive policing system.

  77. Well there you have it folks. We just solved all the world's problems right here in Tony Buttholio's blog!

  78. Yo 7:16 you should learn the meaning of big words before you start throwing them around. For real tho, you two are just a couple of brain-dead idiot hater kids from the suburbs who would rather criticize others from behind your computers and eat fast food than get out and make real change.

  79. Good job officer in picking up that little boy and getting him off the street. That little boy needs to drink some milk to make him stronger. Look like he crumbled when the officer saved him. Listening to the crowd and their ass-nine comments, do they really know what they are protesting and why? I want to see what they would do if there were no police to solve their problems for them.

I would like to go but my trust fund check is late. I called my Dad and he is having his accountant send me a check but I just can't make the demonstration so I will have to protest from home.

I don't know about legal rights to block the highway but that guy was not "hit" by a car. Looks like he was interfering with police business to me.

  90. All those so called protestors are nothing more than Degenerate low life Thug Terrorists, they all should be arrested, and Charged as Terrorists and pay the $25,000 dollar fine before being released from jail or they can sit there and rot !!
Their really not truly concerned with Black Lives matter - if that were the case where were these same Phony Degenerate low lifes when those 2 little Black kids were Shot ????????????
NO WHERE to be found, that's where, they could careless !
What these low life Hood Rats are really Advocating is they don't want to be held responsible for their Crimes they commit and don't want to face Consequences from Law Enforcement or the Judicial syatem.
For the Car Jackings, Shootings, Armed Robberys, Shoplifting, DUI's, driving with NO Valid Drivers license, NO Insurance the list goes on, that's what these Terrorist Thug Degenerate protestors are really Advocating, and its time they get called out on the carpet for their PHONY Bullshit actions, as the Community and Citizens and Business community is fed up & tired of their phony Thug Bullshit !!!!!
