Just a quick reminder that the quotient of violence on Kansas City streets remains constant as the year draws to a conclusion. Gunfire rained down throughout this section of Troost and several nearby buildings took fire as well. The victim is riddled with bullets, maybe shot as many as 9 times and now in critical condition.
