SADLY, THIS PART OF THE KPAC COMPLEX IS SUBSIDIZED BY TAXPAYERS AND WON'T GET CLEANED UP VERY QUICKLY BECAUSE KCMO IS BROKE!!!
Inside the parking structure there are even more tags that are frightening high-class patrons tonight as the so-called Downtown Renaissance is seemingly under siege.
