High school teachers won't be able to achieve any objectives until they get students who can read, write, communicate and comprehend above 3rd grade level. This is a death sentence, but better then than me. I would like to see a State constitutional amendment that prohibits me from paying property tax unless students meet the standardized goals. Now that would make sense.
