KANSAS CITY CODE OF SILENCE: POLICE COMPLAIN OF ONE MEASLY TIP IN THE AFTERMATH OF ANGEL HOOPER HOMICIDE!!!
So, it looks like EVERYBODY is to blame in the aftermath of Angel Hooper's death.
Here's the word from police that should put the impetus on the community to say something and maybe focus on bringing the shooter to justice instead of hassling a gas station.
Police have received only one tip in 6-year-old’s murder
Despite multiple people witnessing the incident, police have received just one tip about the murder of a 6-year-old girl Friday night.Angel Hooper was in the parking lot of the 7-11 at 10615 Blue Ridge Blvd at about 7:15 p.m. Oct. 17 when someone drove by and fired several shots into the lot. Angel was struck and killed. Police know several other people were in the parking lot at the time of the shooting, and detectives are asking them or anyone else with information to come forward. Detectives are following up on leads, but they need the public’s help to bring the killer of this innocent child to justice. Tipsters can remain anonymous and earn a cash reward by calling the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).

I'm really tired of hearing and seeing their antics.
An innocent life was taken and these vocal jerks use it as an excuse to holler, threaten and in general make fools of themselves.
Tell the police who did it and you will get the justice you want.
KC needs to stand up. Nothing less than the truth is required here. These young boys that killed this girl need to take responsibility and show that they are men.

Let her go with what little dignity might be left and quit making such a media spectacle out of the whole thing. Second, dad probably has a damn good idea who was shooting at him. Has he given the police any leads? Of course not. Typical of the black race. When he goes to get his retribution, let's hope in the shootout all involved get in good kill shots to the head of all guilty parties. A fucking cat won't jump on a hot stove a second time but black people are too goddamn dumb to watch generation after generation of failure and not repeat it. You would think if you had example after example of failure you wouldn't do what those dumb fucks did. But not blacks. They repeat the behavior. It truly defies reason and I don't see it getting better. They do everything possible to be failures in life. The worst thing about their failures is they don't just fail themselves. They bring death and destruction to all those who have the misfortune to be around them. If they lived in Greece or Italy the ancient ruins would be gone because they would have destroyed them. If you don't have their case totally sewed up for them they can't be bothered to talk to you and they really come off like you're wasting their time. If they ever do convince people to call with tips they better have someone reasonably personable to answer the thing.
