This judge needs to shut gay marriage down and require more knocking on the Supreme Court's door. Otherwise you get all these circuits going every which way and one day the SC does decide to hear a case and in one tap of the gavel invalidates thousands of gay marriages. The Supreme Court needs to rule one way or the other.
