ReplyDeleteThe number of people playing golf has declined the past few years and the piece of ground that club is sitting on is worth a small fortune. I knew when the Van Tuyl's bought the ground the course would be history and anyone thinking other wise is an idiot.
ReplyDeleteSmartman is right. My guess is it will become a subdivision. Most people in PV that belong to a club belong to one of the main three; KCCC, MHCC or IHCC. Meadowbrook sits on the border of OP.

ReplyDeleteRight before the club tried to "rally," the grounds were going to be sold to developers for affluent retirement condos. I hope that deal comes back into play. We don't want anything retail there, not that it's zoned for it anyway.
