  3. The number of people playing golf has declined the past few years and the piece of ground that club is sitting on is worth a small fortune. I knew when the Van Tuyl's bought the ground the course would be history and anyone thinking other wise is an idiot.

  4. Smartman is right. My guess is it will become a subdivision. Most people in PV that belong to a club belong to one of the main three; KCCC, MHCC or IHCC. Meadowbrook sits on the border of OP.

  9. Right before the club tried to "rally," the grounds were going to be sold to developers for affluent retirement condos. I hope that deal comes back into play. We don't want anything retail there, not that it's zoned for it anyway.
