ReplyDeleteAgain these simpletons would bite the hand that feeds them , demanding the impossible. McDonalds are Franchises. The McDonalds corporation is basically a restaurant supply outlet. The people who actually pay these underachievers cannot maintain a profit if they pay 15 bucks an hour for what is meant to be an entry level job. Had they stayed in school, picked up a fucking book now and again, they would understand why they are stuck in a low wage job. I hope they fire every last one of them.

ReplyDeleteThe employees do have the right to organize and collectively bargain. What would the end result be if they achieved their goal of a $15/hr wage, it's hard to say. My guess is a lot less McDonalds, higher product cost, and better candidates filling these jobs. All of the above would probably lead to current McDonalds employees having no jobs at all.
