After Union Station pretty much looted the Kansas City Museum, there's a renewed effort to maintain the establishment that pretty much bleeds red ink. Yup shes a Mexican came back to get a better government teat to suck on with her fatherless kids it sounds like. Her story of growing up tells you just how great a neighborhood it was or her mother was a live in maid and Anna has no idea who her father is either.

It's not enough for the tax payers to pay for the mayor's pipedreams now we have regular folks cooking up projects for their legacies that are going to cost a fortune too?
