The over emphasis on Michael Brown’s death, Trayvon Martin’s death, Emmit Till’s deaths denote a financial straight line reference from those deaths to the coffers nation wide filled by tax payers for grifters from the White House to thugs in the street who profit from those deaths while ignoring the 8 to 10,000 deaths every year of murdered African Americans who die at the hands of other African Americans.

ReplyDeleteMichael Brown (deceased) an 18-year old male with a criminal history, was a suspect in a same-day theft from the local QuikTrip when confronted by Ferguson Police Officer Wilson. Brown disobeyed orders from the officer, fought with the officer, attempted to take possession of the officer's weapon, fled from the officer, and was shot multiple times when raising his hands up around his waistband as if reaching for a weapon.

Michael Brown would be alive today if not for his reckless disregard of legal authority. All those protesting at the J.C. Nichols fountain are misguided liberals who are apparently ignorant of the facts, and are sure to call the police and ask for help when they themselves are confronted by a criminal.

When was the last time Holder had the FBI investigate a crime to determine if the civil rights of whites were violated in the aftermath of blacks selectively attacking whites? When has Holder ordered the FBI in to investigate civil rights violations on behalf of whites who have been murdered or maimed by blacks? But that is consistent with what former Justice Department Attorney, J. Christian Adams wrote about the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department under Holder and Obama. In an interview Adams said Holder had made it clear, that he was only interested in civil rights cases in which the victim was black. That gives all new meaning to “liberty and justice for all. ... Blacks like Holder, Obama, Sharpton, et al and their media sock puppets are quick to cry foul whenever there is an opportunity for them to cash in and/or further divide America based on skin color. But they ignore the day-to-day violence and murders of blacks committed against other blacks.

That said, if the man was under control, on his knees with hands up there would have been no justification to shoot him.
So lets just look at all the facts and evidence, then prosecute if warranted. (Probably that is a yes.)

Shooting was off the table when the crook went walking down the street. At that point the only scenario that would have worked again would have been if Brown would have gone for the officers gun or was beating the officer (and the officer believed his life was in danger). What is going to screw the officer is trying to use the reasoning that the crook went for his gun at the patrol car, then broke custody and walked away. At that point you can not use the earlier gun grab attempt as rationalization to use lethal force. Did the ass hole deserve to die? Well, there was more than one occasion that day that Brown could have been legally killed, but that does not buy this ticket. I got a feeling the officer is screwed on this one.

I said LAY DOWN! There now just lay there for minute and relax. Okay your punishment for walking down the middle of the street and refusing to obey my order is hereby execution. Standard procedure for jaywalkers and pedestrian violations here in Ferguson. But only because your black. White people just get a warning. Do you want a last meal? Chips or something? Fine then just sign this ticket, quit your whimpering, and put your credit card number here, and let's get on with your punishment, we need the extra revenue. And you, you just go home now and you didn't see anything got me? Go on now get moving, and pull your pants up and wear your hat straight. After, Officer gets back in car, calls dispatch and says, okay one fucker down, would like to request 30 minute lunch.

ReplyDeletePLEASE watch the security surveillance video from the convenience store (not QuikTrip) where Michael Brown and his accomplice (the one walking with him when confronted by Ferguson Police, and who subsequently lawyered-up and gave media interviews stating they didn't do anything wrong) where Michael Brown clearly stole from the store, put his hands on the very small male clerk, used his size to intimidate the clerk, and left before police arrived.

Compare and contrast: The male store clerk and a female employee seen in the video appear to be of S.E. Asian descent(India, Pakistan, etc.?), are very small in stature, and were busy tending to their store. Most, if not all of the customers seen in the store are black. The two involved in the theft were young black males. This is a pattern seen all over the country in urban areas, evidenced by a history of bad blood between recent immigrant shopkeepers and some of the resentful angry young black people who patronize the business.
Michael Brown stole merchandise, assaulted a business owner, and fought with police when confronted----while it's too bad he died, only Michael Brown is to blame for his death.
Michael Brown killed Michael Brown.

The video makes no difference. The punishment for robbery is not death. It makes no difference if the kid was a thug. The cop doesn't get to be judge, jury and executioner unless he or someone else's life is in danger. If he tried to get the cop's gun and was shot then, he deserved it because he may have shot the cop if he got the gun. When the kid ran away and put his his hands up the cop was no longer in imminent danger to his life and should not have fired again and killed the kid.
