I'm gonna miss Council Dude Russ Johnson because it's likely I'll never see him when he starts work with WHATEVER KANSAS CITY AREA PROMINENT BIZ THAT HE'S ALREADY IN TALKS WITH . . .

Take a look at Dan's Campaign Website that's not too shabby and provides a bit of detail about his background and policy ideas, just in case anybody needs to take a nap. So far we hear that Dan Fowler is a nice guy which means he's totally wrong for City Council or maybe just a bit of a change up from termed out Council Dude Russ Johnson.

ReplyDeleteFowler is nice enough, but not what is needed on the council. Isn't this the same guy who chaired the commission on the airport, which recommended tearing down KCI and building a single terminal (for a little over a billion). If so, he just lost my vote.

Fowler is a solid candidate and would be a good choice for council, especially if career- politician and nutcase Pam Mason gets into the race. Fowler has served on the Port Authority as well as boards involving healthcare and housing to needy families. He's active and involved.
