The goal is to make a race neutral PROCESS. It is NOT to have an all Asian, Black, Latino fire department. Of course nobody can figure that out in this city so they assume something is broken when it's not all minority.

You should be concerned about nurses. At least firefighting is a more straightforward, hose, water, lift and carry operation.
Nurses do far more work on you than doctors typically do and this philosophy is rampant in their schooling.
I have first hand knowledge about the nursing program at FAMU (black college in FL). They push through even the idiots because they want to get more black people into the career field. This one girl in particular I knew, there's no doubt in my mind her graduation is going to lead to fatalities.
It was so eye opening that if any family member is hospitalized, I recommend for them to inquire where their caregiver went to school. If the answer is an HBC(historically black college), then discretely request someone else.
For anyone that sees this as racist, keep in mind this girl (not a unique example either) Never could get the whole dosage thing down (among other criteria) and Still graduated becoming an RN. Let that haunt your mind as the IV trickles down to your arm.

When someone asks why the fire department exists, the answer should be "to effectively protect the public against the danger of fires," not "to be a museum of our wonderfully diverse citizens." Good grief.

Now the blacks, who cause most of the dwelling fires, are in more risk of injury because of incompetent 'firefighters;" blacks who cant think/poor thinking skills and make positive/crucial judgment calls and women who physically cant do the job. Like in all black cities, everything goes down in the toilet. look at the mecca of negro achievement; Detroit.

Some libtard paid for a statue to be made based on the photo, but the statue was going to be 'diversified' into one white, one black, one latino. The NYFD complained and so there's no statue at all.
