A report on a Kansas car chase that captivated local media recently . . .
KMBC: The Leavenworth County Attorney said no charges will be filed against two officers involved in a police pursuit and shooting that left a 5-year-old girl dead.
There still sorting out the facts in this case but almost immediately following the death authorities made sure to note that police bullets did not kill the innocent victim who died in the process of this kidnapping incident and ensuing police chase.

Well so far there is the KBI that says there was no evidence the police shot the girl. Now the prosecutor says there were no laws broken by the police. As soon as the mighty dipstick Balonzo clears the case via his crack investigation perhaps this case can be put to rest.
