Fuuny this guy was Mfg and selling for the same guys who been arrested on federal charges. Some of these charges are money laundering, shipping and mislabeling a illegal substance(out ever this is called) sales and dist of a control substance. Fellas welcome to federal pound me in the ass prison.

ReplyDeleteThis guy is going to win. Why the hell do cops have labs and test kits? Because they do not want to make a bad collar based on something they suspect but turns out to be perfectly legal. For the cops to say that the law could not cover all of the formulas out there is the same as saying "We did not know so we decided it was illegal." There goes any hope that the police had probable cause to do what they did. This is like passing a law that makes it illegal to stick you gum under a desk and when you stick silly putty on the desk you get arrested. Cops fucked up big time with that Type "A", overly aggressive, tunnel vision, attitude and now the citizens are going to pay (again) for KCPD being total jack offs.
