ReplyDeleteSteve Cook was only effective against penniless old men who would not change their ways. The new group(s) in town have money and lawyers. They don't rely on a dipshit public defender and 1960's ways. Plus at this point Steve doesn't have any real credibility with IPD or other local LEO. He is about done and he knows it.

Outlaw bikers and politicians; the only difference is the size of the theft. The bikers probably tip their bartenders and waitresses better too.
