Of course there are a number of clauses to exclude law enforcement from this ordinance, what the Mayor is really going after is the guns of everyday citizens.
Seriously . . . This is an unprecedented crackdown and something that's going to cost the Mayor a great deal politically among many denizens and voters in this cowtown. No wonder the mainstream media is keeping a lid on this one . . .Given that in Kansas, the open carry crackdown faced a legal smackdown that occupied suburban legal resources for more than a year.

I guess the obvious questions would be why doesn't he just ban niggers from owning (I know they don't own, they steal them) or being in in possession of any gun?
