Kansas City will once again host the leader of the free world, and traffic will probably suck even worse . . .
The White House stated Tuesday that Obama will travel to the city July 29 and stay overnight, then speak Wednesday July 30.
More deets are on the way but we hear he's going to talk about the economy and other publicity stunts . . .
