ReplyDeleteI don't think there were too many college-educated immigrants at the time the Statue of Liberty was put up. I know my grandparents who came here in 1906 and 1912 didn't have college degrees.

BUSH signed into law while he was President that children from Central American countries NOT bordering the U.S. (in other words, anybody but Mexico) had to let into the country. This is a law.
