    I feel sorry for folk who live in a town where you are constantly having to defend yourself against your own government, you are constantly having your pocket picked by that government and the government seems to have no real interest in what the will of the people is. I feel even sorrier over the fact that these same folks continue to blindly elect officials who will maintain the status quo.

    Let the City sue, and gain access to the electronic records during the discovery period. The family will end up with attorney's fees plus a little more for the hassle.

    Take a good look around you at KC and tell me that the City can't / doesn't make mistakes, and a lot of them...
