ReplyDeleteWoman buys 2 houses for dirt cheap. They sit for a couple of years. Both houses catch fire..Both of them. What are the odds? No insurance? You buy 2 houses to rehab and turn a profit but you have no insurance? Here's the rub....go on the local news and announce a "fundraiser" to fix the vacant houses you own. Something smells.
