KC Biz Journal: "Work will begin immediately on a roughly $70 million project that will add 333 luxury apartment units and 36,000 square feet of retail space on 8 acres adjacent to the Woodside Health and Tennis Club in Westwood."
And while most residents weren't really convinced about the need for hundreds of high-dollar apartments in this small community. . . In fairness, (just like Mission Gateway) they've been promising this thing for years and nothing much has happened yet.

ReplyDeleteEven in some of the most prime real estate in the metro the taxpayers pick up a big share of the tab. I suppose anyone poor enough to only afford a 250K apartment deserves some taxpayer help.
