Thankfully, this probably won't happen again given that the team's chances are far worse this year AND nobody wants to hear another pooping story.
The biggest problem is the guys that were the hitting coaches that the "fired" are still with the organization. Perhaps it might be the players or Kevin seitzer was the actual answer,

ReplyDeleteNo, I'd say the biggest problem is that these guys who were on billboards by their rookie seasons just aren't good enough to make the adjustment to consistently hit big league pitchers.

If the team ever wanted to give George an ownership stake with an option to buy, and real authority over player personnel, etc. he should go back. Until then, he should let Glass and Moore stew in their own shitty underwear.
