I was walking through a medical building lobby, overheard a lady talking to the security guard. Apparently she is one of his neighbors. She says the now legless guy makes his own fireworks. Looks like this is another Darwinian slow starter who plays with gun powder rather than buy real fireworks made by a Chinaman.
