Cleaver, Phil Yelder and the City Council has pissed through literally 100's of millions of federal stimulus and infrastructure money over the past several years and only a certain handful of people are rich beyond their wildest dreams and the city has nothing to show for it at all.. for some reason we cannot make the connection and toss these whores from office?
